These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aleolabs.io (the “Site”), operated by Aleo Labs Operations LLC (“Aleo Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Aleo Labs and its work. Content may change or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any information on it, is complete, current, or error-free.

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Where any part of our underlying technology is made available under an open-source licence, your use of that software is governed by the terms of that licence.

5. Submissions through the contact form

When you send us a message through the Site, you grant us permission to use the information you provide to respond to and act on your enquiry. Please do not send us confidential, sensitive, or unsolicited proprietary ideas through the Site; any non-personal information or material you send may be used by us without obligation to you, subject always to our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control or own. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Export controls and sanctions

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at Aleo Labs’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
